How much does a website cost?
Website packages are $500 (Essential), $1,000 (Business) and $2,000 (Business Pro). Larger or unusual builds are quoted after a short inquiry. Product-photo, product-video and property projects are quoted per project.
How do payments work?
After we agree on scope in writing, you receive a secure Stripe invoice or payment link. Your scope says which schedule applies. Website packages and custom projects are usually a 50% deposit to start and 50% when the work is finished, before final files are delivered or the site goes live. Small fixed packages, such as the Starter product video, are paid in full upfront. You never enter card details on this website.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, in full, if you cancel before work starts. We email you to confirm when work begins; from then on, the deposit is non-refundable because it covers the time reserved for your project and the initial work.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds of revisions are included unless your scope says otherwise. The Starter product video includes one round.
How long does a website take?
About 7 business days for Essential, 2–3 weeks for Business and 3–5 weeks for Business Pro. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. The clock starts once we have your content and deposit.
What is a care plan, and do I need one?
Care plans are monthly plans that keep your site hosted, monitored and updated, with an allowance of edits each month. Each website tier has a matching plan: Essential care ($79/month), Business care ($199/month) and Business Pro care ($399/month). Care is optional for Essential and Business websites. Business Pro websites require Business Pro care, because their booking and automation run on it. Plans are month to month, renew automatically, and can be cancelled online any time, effective at the end of the month you’ve paid for.
What does GoHighLevel do in the Business and Business Pro care plans?
GoHighLevel is the CRM we set up for you. New leads from your website, calls and messages land in one pipeline and get an instant text and email reply. Business care adds missed-call text-back and automatic review requests; Business Pro care adds online booking, an AI assistant that answers questions and books appointments, and follow-up campaigns. Messages go out in your business’s name, and you’re responsible for having your customers’ consent to be contacted. Text, email and AI usage fees are billed at cost as small automatic top-ups.
What is the $49 first-video offer?
New clients can get one Starter product video — a 10–15 second vertical ad made from up to 3 of your product photos — for $49 instead of $99. One offer per business, paid upfront, and not combined with other discounts.
Do you use AI?
Some product-ad, campaign and property video work uses AI-assisted tools such as Higgsfield for motion and scenes. We say where AI was used, check logos, labels and product details by hand, and label concept or stylized work as such.
How do I send you my photos and files?
After we confirm scope, we share a private Google Drive folder with you. Please don’t attach files or private details to the inquiry form.
Do you work with clients outside California?
Yes. The studio is based in California and works with clients anywhere in the world.
Can you guarantee more sales or bookings?
No. We build work designed to present your business well and make it easy to contact you, but we don’t guarantee sales, bookings, rankings or ad performance.
